Needed some bottles for my dad for Christmas, not only was the delivery turnaround quick as anything (Ordered late Friday afternoon and they still got it out, turned up today) - when they were missing one of the bottles, they immediately called me and offered to switch it out with something. Great experience all round.

This is a must see for real ale and cider lovers. Features an extensive range of bottled and canned beer goodness conveniently presented by alcoholic strength and type in alphabetical format. Small seating area inside and out if you choose to drink on premises. A few bar snacks are also available. Free WiFi. Highly recommended.
Looks to have a good selection of beer and cider, but I am bit disappointed by the price of shipping for online orders. I had a 25 voucher bought for me as a gift and had to spend 10 of that just on shipping! This meant I only got four bottles of cider for 25, which seems a bit steep. Please be aware of this if buying a gift voucher for someone.
Friendly, helpful staff. Large range of beers which were well organised. A nice place to browse and buy some craft beers.
Brilliant beer shop with a selection of taps. great selection from local brewery's as well as ones from further afield (nice to see a wylam offering). really enjoyed the above the clouds by electric bear
