I just had the BEST experience with Bees Keys and their technician Tex! Our house locks were getting harder and harder to insert the key, so Tex made a house call to check things out. It wasn't a big fix, but Tex was thorough, explained the issue, and then fixed it. The BEST part...no charge at all...even for the house call. That is fantastic service in my book. It was super easy to book the appointment, they called ahead of time to give me a window of arrival time, and she was fully masked. I have had all great experiences when visiting their store location also. I highly recommend calling Bees Keys when you need a key fix...and ask for Tex!
Turns out the repair I needed was just tightening a screw. 30 seconds. No charge. They could have charged me for the trip. It’s so nice to see some businesses are still looking for lifetime customers. I’m one now. Thanks.
Tex came out to help me get back into my home and I gotta day she had me laughing and laughing in the 10 minutes I spent with her! She was very very sweet to me and my dog Ollie! I will refer bees keys to anyone that ever needs help. Thank you so much for your work! It doesn’t go unappreciated! Wonderful service! Thank you Tex!
This was a great key shop! I went in during a rush and despite that we were all helped quickly! They made an auto key and a house key for me for 42-- seems like a fair price.
