I was a design Engineer for only 4 months (1 month in company and 3 months WFH due to covid-19) in this hell company. Worst company & MD ever in my life history. You will gain 000 experience if you join in the company as a fresher. He will not treat engineers as human beings. Either you are fresher or experienced guy he wants to make profits from you. He will scold on you and your parents for very small small/minor mistakes. Its purely hell., No safety precautions/measures for workers who work on machines. He purely Play double game in paying salary.
