Home for the elderly with a wonderful view

Attentes inacceptables pour les résidents (souvent plus de 30 minutes à attendre sur les toilettes). manque total d’employés. 2 infirmières pour un étage ! Déplorable. La Direction se devrait d’agir et de respecter un peu plus les résidents !
