Aleksandra is an amazing person and Pilates instructor. I was not a fan of Pilates until i met Aleksandra at Momentum Pilates, having had several uninspiring experiences with various instructors in the past. A friend encouraged me to try Aleksandra’s class. Now, I wish i could go every day. Instead, I go twice a week. It’s a beautiful journey that teaches me to feel, not to think nor force my body after years of intense and high impact gym routines. It's a heaven send. After each session, I feel reborn. Aleksandra creates a beautiful space for the Pilates magic to happen. She adapts her explanations using metaphors that are relatable so that we can unlearn what we have learnt in the past and learn a respectful way of moving the body. Pilates is helping me unravel old injuries and gain space and flexibility again. It’s a pleasure for the mind and soul!
