DevIneMedia (Development in eMedia) is dedicated to innovating and implementing media projects for youth and citizen engagement in Lebanon and the WANA (West Asia/North Africa) region. The work of DevIneMedia revolves around four themes: 1• citizen media and content creation (youth and community news via print, online, audio/video, and multimedia) 2• developing creative and contextual information and media literacy (IML) training modules 3• open source technology development and implementation (for social/economic/tech development) 4• utilizing media to advance sustainable social, economic, and political development DevIneMedia is a social enterprise, with a core objective of maximizing social impact while generating sufficient revenue to be self-sufficient and support reasonable growth in activities. We will develop metrics to measure the "social impact" of our work (in addition to the standard metrics used by businesses to measure revenues and costs). DevIneMedia is legally registered in Lebanon, and operates in print, online, and in person as an innovative youth/citizen media outlet.
