The Association's mission: • Prepare the largest possible number of Lebanese to become loyal citizens independent of any sectarian or political affiliation • Prepare our societies at the civic, physical, social, and moral levels aiming therefore at increasing the number of citizens ready to play an active key role in society, based on the Scouting Spirit, laws and principals using the Scouting method • Play an active role in the Human Development of Lebanon • Maintain being the leading Association among all scouting associations and youth clubs
