I contacted Karyn at short notice about our event. Karyn went out of her way to help us. The food was well presented, with a good selection for friends and family to choose from. Highly recommend The Urban Food Theatre. We used them for our daughters Christening and I couldn't fault them. The food was fresh, hot, great variety and delicious! Outstanding!! I got married on March 3rd 2018 and the urban food theatre did the catering for 135 people plus much much more. My guests said that it was the best meal they have ever had at a wedding and I the bride had 2 helpings it was so good! Karyn listened and helped us plan an amazing feast of South East Asian food along with traditional dishes. The canapés were aplenty and enjoyed by our guests when our pictures were being taken. Her team of staff are lovely and hard working but I think that is because they have an amazing boss. Karyn was much more than a caterer. She was our counsellor when our venue didn't play fair and found solutions to wedding related problems (she kept us sane). To top it off THE BEAST FROM THE EAST almost ruined our wedding plans but Karyn was already 2 steps ahead anticipating problems and finding solutions. The team also decorated our tables and they were simply stunning. I don't know what we would have done without Karyn and her amazing team at The Urban Food Theatre. They absolutely made our day. The staff worked so hard and were so attentive to our guests. You incorporated our special requests beautifully. We were very impressed with it all and you did everything we hoped for and more. Thankyou for making yesterday special and memorable for everyone that stayed to eat and drink with us. We would definitely recommend you to others.
