First time there in years. Nice breakfast sandwich with incredible shredded potatoes. Plowing snow for 2 days in Bel Air. No more WaWa for me. This is my new place to fill up.

Awesome fresh food and delicious bagels. I posted the above a year ago. Today the service is non existent. I stood and waited to be seated while people that appear to be known by the server walked right in and were seated. It was as though me and family were invisible. I addressed the cashier and asked who do I have to talk to to be seated. They said you just wait by the “please wait to be seated” sign which I have been doing. The server who was seating people made eye contact with several times, yet he keeps walking away and seating other people that came after me. I asked to talk to the manager and all he could say was we are so busy, which I can clearly see and understand. I told him I don’t mind waiting but when people come after me, shake hands with your staff and they get seated before me it isn’t right. He offered no remedy and no apology. Although I have enjoyed their food before, I won’t be going back.

Love this place! We went there for breakfast, we are never disappointed. They have the best hash browns, great omelets and fresh bagels. The service is aways on top of things and pleasant.

Best breakfast place in Harford County. Old school homemade from mom's kitchen type feel inside the restaurant, the lunch items are also awesome and the staff is very friendly. If you are deciding between Bagel Works and Sunny Day Cafe, go to Bagel Works!
