The staff was friendly, professional and efficient! You cannot want more than that for an express care setting cause it sure beats waiting in an already overcrowded emergency room. I had a great experience and will use them if necessary in the future.

I thought the doctor was very thorough in her evaluation of me. I had to wait several hours to be seen though. I was given a Physician Clinical Report for another person. I asked if they could e-mail me my report and was told, no, that I had to come in and get it. I feel better today but not good enough to be going out.

Went for a walk-in covid test yesterday and the process was pretty easy. Once you are registered, you can go back and sit in your car or leave and they will call you when they are ready for you. I ended up waiting about an hour and a half to be seen, and once they called me back the process went smoothly. The front desk staff is super nice, as well as the nurses and doctor that I saw. I felt pretty safe when I walked into the waiting room - it is a large room and only a few people in there, as most chose to wait in their cars.

I have essential tremors and am unable to write and the young lady noticed how much trouble I was having checking in. She came over and personally checked me in. Filling out the paperwork for me and making me feel so comfortable. When I got in the back the staff showed me the same kindness and patience. The nurse helped me dress and undress since my husband could not attend the visit secondary to COVID protocols. I will be transferring my care here. Thank You

Everyone is extremely pleasant, but move slow as molasses... I got there around 4:50 for a Covid test and am still waiting here at 8:15 while they redo our paperwork. People are nice, but I hope you don't have any plans for the rest of the day if you're going here.
