Walked in and sat right behind the huge sign that says "walk-ins welcome" was told that we would be helped as soon as she was finished, which I completely understand, so we waited...20 mins later she was finished and was told her next appt was here that we would have to continue to wait...it was 10 mins till the top of the hour...so we left. I told her it would have been nice to know if her next appt was so close so we didn't waste 20 mins of our time...
