I've been coming to this place for almost 2 years and never had one bad experience. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. Mai, Kenny and Vicky are just awesome people. Not only very professional, but they make sure you are happy while you are there and I always feel better after I leave. They never make you wait and if they do because they are busy they communicate it with you. I started making appointments during Covid and they get me in right away. They're just really nice people that are good at what they do. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a real 5 star experience.

This was my first time back in several years. I am usually very picky and can never find the right place to get my nails done. I had been going to white marsh for the last 6 months until my girl moved salons, my friend and I came here and they were very clean, friendly and gave great service. The pedicure was very well done and my full set looks great! I will absolutely be coming here regularly.

As you walk in its is beautifully designed and organized. I was greeted and taken to the pedicure bowl promptly. My nail tech was Vicki who also had some assistance by her male coworker. She was very pleasant and offered water while still being mindful of Covid-19 distancing. I told her my concerns before performing the service of pedicure and she addressed then great. She even offered tips. While her co-worker was assisting he did nick my hand with the electric file causing an open scratch and soreness. It wasn't intentional however and he did apologize. At the table to get my nails done things took a slight turn. I was made aware that she prefers to do tips instead of natural nails which I told her I preferred. She tried to convince me to switch but I did not. She did say that she would try her best and blamed my natural nails shape or lack thereof or whoever was assumed to be my previous tech. I didn't mind because she said it would be fine and didn't refer me to one of her co-workers. However as time passed she began to be frustrated and kept insisting when I asked could my shape or the way they were done be modified that naturals nails are just to difficult to do anything to. Which became a lil frustrating for myself. I pointed out some of my concerns and was met with its my fingers, its the previous tech, and so forth. At that point I told her just continue to do her best and I would file if necessary at home. She began to involve other techs in the salon which made it really uncomfortable. After it was all said and done she did try to go back and appease me but I was somewhat over it. I was from out of town and just wanted a quick relaxing nail service. Overall I would definitely recommend her in particular for pedicures, she did amazing. I wouldn't recommend for hand(nail) service.

I definitely did not have a good experience. I’m nearing the end of my pregnancy and went in for a pedicure. Halfway through I realize they were cutting and digging in to the sides of my toenails taking out “ingrown nails” all the way down to the bottom of the nail without asking or saying a word. I asked why are they doing that, they said my toe is puffy and taking the nail out will help . I explained my toes are puffy because I’m pregnant, not because I have ingrown nails. Now I have a painful toe covered in bandaids, hoping they didn’t do any actual damage to the nail or toe. I Will not be going back.
