Zoran and Elizabeth helped us for our house addition project. We plan to add a new bedroom and bathroom. In the meanwhile, renovation of kitchen. This house was built over 70 years ago and appears remodeled by previous owners. Our budget was quite tight. Zoran and Elizabeth both sitting down with us and brainstorming the most cost effective way for designing. We were so impressed by their client center service. During the process of interviewing contractors, we constantly heard positive feedbacks from those general contractors. Our house is not yet done but my wife and I both can imagine the beauty of our house once it done. Their service absolutely superb and five stars.

Belcan did a great job with creating plans to seismic retrofit my house, specifically with a shear wall reinforcement in my garage. I worked with Zoran, who meticulously explained the process and construction options. He and his architects successfully drafted plans for permit approval and final construction. Zoran even provided a list of recommended contractors, eventually working with one of them to complete the construction in a timely manner. I highly recommend Zoran and Belcan.
