Was in Argos inside Sainsburys West Belfast today for 3 separate transactions & returns. Great team working together to deliver excellent service. All of them looked younger than 25 - a great display of professional service from younger people who are often criticised and yet are the backbone of the country’s service industries. I want to particularly mention the assistant Joe who dealt with me for each of the transactions. Fantastic service and product knowledge and new exactly what he was doing. He’s an asset to your business.

To be honest I'm not one for writing bad reviews but I wanted to refund an item and was basically told no even tho I have consumer rights as a customer so I won't be shopping here again rude staff and wouldn't even offer alternatives.

I am writing this on behalf of my mummy, Last week i was in kennedy centre store , i was looking for a turkey for my families christmas dinner , although i noticed i hadnt had enough money i asked the young scottish fella if there would be any more due in due to the fact i wouldnt get paid for a few more days he said he was unsure althou he could put it in the back for me , a few days later i returned and noticed there was no turkeys left. I then continued my shopping and i seen the young scottish fella{i never caught his name} he then told me he had the turkey kept for me in the back. I am so grateful for such a kind gesture from Such a big hearted person after all the hard times during this pandemic there are still People who shine through. Thank you sainsburys for making my families xmas and i hope yous all have a great christmas too

Terrible setup from Argos. Expected to wait in a line for a reserved item. Which is fine. But the line is also shared with everyone else going into sainsbury. On a Friday this would be no less than 50 long. Oh and after 1 day I still have not received anything to tell me if the item is ready. Was quoted same day.
