I paid for a Honeymoon holiday in March and we were due to travel in June. We did not receive any confirmation from Barrhead that the holiday was cancelled. I only knew because I kept checking the flight number. I have not had any communication from Barrhead since paying them in March and I have sent several emails requesting a refund. Very annoyed that I have spent so much money and have been completely ignored by Barrhead.

My holiday was cancelled a week before I was due to travel 20th March 20. I have sent many emails regarding my refund. They asked for my bank details to give me my refund on 11th June. Still nothing they are ignoring my e-mail. Poor customer service. I had a message back from jet2, but because I booked with Barrhead travel Belfast they must refund me.

As others have said, holiday cancelled by Barrhead travel at the very start of lockdown and still no refund recieved. Emailed the address given and have had no reply.
Had cruise cancelled end of May due to covid-19, still waiting on them getting back to me to discuss my options, regarding a refund or rebooking. Won't answer phone or emails
