It is 2021 how is there no card payment option for the car park!!! in the Tower payment booth. other than that issue, very well sign posted where to go, staff were lovely, explained what they were going to do, didnt feel rushed and was plenty of space

Excellent hospital and staff. It's tower is a well known city landmark that can be seen for miles.

I was admitted on Friday night (09/08/2019) at 02h00 in the morning. The staff and nurses were so friendly and helpful in the wards. I got a few nurses coming in to greet me and introduce themselves as it was the first time I had been admitted there and it was really nice to get to know some of the nurses etc working there. I usually go to the Respiratory Centre every 3 months and the nurses and doctors are amazing and very friendly. The hospital is clean and everything is well marked out. The cafe is wonderful and the food in the wards is amazing. I do DEFINITELY recommend Belfast City Hospital. The service is absolutely incredible and they have top notch nurses, doctors and other staff members. A huge shout out to ground staff who work hard keeping the hospital clean
