Diagnosed my wife with unexplained infertility yet she got pregnant first time soon as we switched clinics. Consistently charged more than listed price on website including for drugs which were charged separately by a pharmaceutical company. Advice and treatment was generally gauged toward straight couples doing IVF- speculum used for IUI was far too large and painful, and we very much feel our limited frozen sperm vials were wasted/ blood tests weren't frequent enough to catch the correct ovulation time. Also told to come back on the wrong date for a blood test at one point to check if insemination worked then scolded down the phone like children for coming in too early. I (the partner) received an apology but my wife (the patient) never did. 2 nurses were lovely to us but we were given a lot of \oh I know the process is very emotional and hard\ when actually it was the clinic causing the majority of our stress- once again proven by the fact we got pregnant first time, natural cycle through a different clinic no problem. Can't speak for IVF patients but IUI- take your business elsewhere. Total waste of 8K for us. Only useful part of the treatment was the free counselling session which we needed after the traumatic experience of going through this clinic.

I think reviews of this place are overly harsh, from sensitive people. fertility issues are of course a sensitive issue, but my husband and I have always been treated with respect and kindness. I can honestly and fairly say this place was the right decision for us. We always knew what we were paying for and all is very clearly laid out in the price brochure. special shout out to nurses Louise ,Mary and especially Fiona who all went out of their way for us and were very warm and kind. Do not be put of my negative and unfair reviews. I fully rate this place and staff and will continue to recommend.

Very glad people are speaking up about this place. We have had a similar experience here and made our process very difficult and upsetting. We ended up getting treatment somewhere else. Wouldn’t recommend here at all.

Only getting one star as I couldn’t give 0 stars. Disgrace of a place, had emailed asking for prices and when we arrived where told it would cost double to which the office manager laughed and grinned in our faces and effectively told us we are stupid for not understand private medicine and therefore didn’t deserve to be there. Has caused us more stress again. The practice manager is no better as she talks over you and just told me I was lying with my complaint and that I am in the wrong.
