This should be great store , great staff and a wonderful range of foods, but the public toilets are really dreadful, rarely checked. I have reported it on a number of occasions but makes little difference..Makes you wonder about managements overall view on hygiene . Something to think about before you buy fresh food. This is really sad because it could be a wonderful place to shop

Fantastic store, quite competitive to the bigger supermarkets. You can find anything your looking for here and even a few bargains

Advice, drive half a mile up the road to Creighton's at Finaghy for hot food, the staff there are much more deserving of your business and the food is better, Balmoral runs out of stuff constantly and the staff don't seem to care, it's a pity Mr Creighton made such a large investment to have staff ruin a great reputation.
