I can only review their customer service and will say it’s second to none. I had a response to an email query within an hour or two and they provided all the information I needed and more. I contacted them for specific advice for my vehicle and they were able to point me in the right direction of a local fitter here in England.

I highly recommend this company. They are very friendly and helpful. I called in and they were able to fit my new tow bar there and then. The only down side was the waiting room which was very dated and cold although, on the up side there was tea and coffee facilities which made up more or less for the cold waiting room. Best of all my tow bar come with a lifetime warranty. Now that’s hard to beat.
