WORST GAS COMPANY EVER!!! I called and cancelled my account at the end of June and was told my account was in credit of around 80 and a cheque would be issued to me. A month later I called to see where my cheque was and was told that it hadn't been issued yet and it was for around 35 and it would be posted out, of course this never happened!!! About 2 weeks ago I called to see where my cheque was as I had been sent a bill and was told that my account had never been cancelled and the cheque never issued. I have now come home today to another bill from them even though the account was supposed to have been cancelled!!!!! To top it all off the je staff are alway incredibly rude when you call.

LPG gas that Flogas supply is much dearer than natural gas because it’s based on oil. I live in a close supplied by Flogas and i’m Informed that we all have to be out of contract at the same time before we can consider moving to another supplier. There’s a constant turn over of residents because people cannot afford the high charges from Flogas. I have written to every conceivable authority regarding Flogas. Each one comes back saying that there’s no regulation for LPG gas so in essence they can do what they like! Their service charge is a joke. 15 every 3 months for what exactly. Flogas have the monopoly in this close and that’s terrible. Phoenix Gas are presently laying gas lines though Newcastle and coming to the edge of Bryansford but not through it and I wonder what that’s about.
Handy source for Augogas/LPG; they're open all hours. During office hours they can take card or cash, but outside of office hours you need to have cash (the right change is best).

Constantly increasing prices, plus 15 service charge for doing nothing more than meter read.. Prices are too high
The prices literally goes up every month!! , also 15 pound charge every month for just reading numbers??? this is too much..
