I’m moving into a new house, the previous owners didn’t leave a code for the intruder alarm. I called these people for help. No help received. The person said “I can’t do anything until tomorrow morning” and “it has to be an alarm installed by us”... of course I don’t know if it was installed by them because I’ve just moved in. So their claims on their website “24hour call out” and “even if your alarm wasn’t installed by focus we’d be more than happy to take it over” aren’t true (based on my experience). The person was far from happy that I had called. In fact, very rude. I then said “do you know anyone I could call because it is disturbing the neighbours” they then asked “where do you live”... I told them and they said “don’t know anyone there” and HUNG UP.

Great service from start to finish with Focus. Any issues I have they will sort on phone with me to help reduce call out fees. If they are needed the team are quick to call out and go through a detailed report of findings with me to make sure I understand the issue and to help stop further call outs in future. I made a call to these guys today as I was completely let down by another what I can only call a cowboy. When I explained my issues there was no hesitation in this company coming to help me out.
