Hands down the best auction in Northern Ireland. Their selection of items every sale is just incredible, I love going in for a view every week. And nothing is ever to much trouble for the staff.
Friendly staff, really quick at processing pick up
On 8th October 2020 I paid a visit to Laganside Auctions where I put a bid on lot no. 935, two bedside cabinets of 50.00. I left my name and telephone number and was assured by the man behind the desk that should I win he would phone me on 9th October 2020. I checked the website in the morning and they were sold for 40.00. Happy days I thought! But no, when I phoned I was told that there had been a mistake and they were sold to an online bidder for 40.00. A previous customer! So, there we are, this auction house accepts bids from people and if you aren't a returning customer then you can't have the item, even if you outbid them. As a matter of fact, I was a returning customer. But, never again. They don't return phone calls either. Not a very reputable way to run a business!
