Nicola is the best wig maker about. She has a kind heart and mind and puts into her work She is a professional at what she has achieved. Good quality wigs at great prices. Why use anyone else. Absolutely disgusted with the behaviour of this seller. Took money I received from a charity and repeatedly sent me items that were not what I asked for, not the colours or sizes I asked for, or other specifications I asked for. Ended up sending them back at my own cost 3 times before giving up and asking for a refund. Seller then outright lied to the charity as to the reason for return. Said I cut the lace of a wig which she said she would alter and send back... And didn't! Offered me a new one instead. I sent 3 wig grip hair bands because none of the 3 were right colour in hair or lace and had stains all over the lace. Told me to blend black hair with my brown hair and it would look fine! Workmanship is shoddy. Stitches and threads hanging out of wigs, colours patchy and last wig was greeny/grey instead of blonde! Got messed about for 9 months, having to repeatedly chase with excuse after excuse. Avoid!

Nicola is extemely helpful, informative and kind. Having only developed alopecia recently in the last couple of months I had no idea where to turn for alternative hair. I am so glad I found nicola. I am delighted with my first wig which was colour matched to my own hair and I can't wait to get my next one soon. Nicola spent time showing me how to put the wig on and explained how to look after it. She has been so helpful and would reccomend her to anyone.
