Called here a couple of weeks ago and what a lovely experience it was. I had poached eggs on avocado on toast with a pot of tea. Absolutely gorgeous food and the service was friendly and helpful. Give it a visit if you haven't already. I'll definitely be back.

Having only recently had to go gluten free, I've found it's been very hit & miss when asking what I can order from menus at various different places. This morning, I really enjoyed my gluten free French toast, thick bacon & maple syrup, with a full pot of tea, at Loft on the Square. And the staff didn't look at me like I was weird when I asked about GF stuff - they're all just lovely and can't do enough for any of their customers - children included. They also do GF scones (a rarity in the chain coffee shops) & have a choice of tray bakes. Great place to relax & have breakfast, lunch or just a coffee. Gluten Free or not .
