Missed the full stars because of the drive in queue situation... I'd suggest to block the right turn so people have to queue from the other side so it doesn't back up onto the main road and people can't jump the queue.

The service is regular as many other uk units. However, the taste of the food could be better. The fries were with used oil flavor, not the same quality as usual found in other units. However, the space is good. The ice cream is well done.

Awful. Cold chips and over cooked nacho wedges. If that had been my first ever McDonald's I would never be back. Probably the first time that I have never finished my chips and thats saying something as the amount of times iv been to McDonald's hungover and ambitious about the amount I can eat without seeing it again is pretty high

Nothing was freshly made and worst fastfood experience in belfast. Mcnugget sauces were made too sweet, nuggets were only warm, their signature were tiny n thin, all they had to offer was disappointment...
