Lovely, bright, welcoming reception/staff. Consultant extremely pleasant and reassuring - and great with my daughter who was a little anxious. Have read other reviews but have had no problem getting through to reception - even at lunchtime!?

Went for an appointment, very professional and efficient and decent parking considering the location.
The treatment and professionalism isn't in question - but we are nearly 2 decades into the 21st century and this place doesn't accept credit cards!? It also doesn't have opening hours on the website and doesn't update googles opening hours info. I've tried to pay an outstanding amount 3 times now but have been prevented from doing so. Come on Musgrave - is there a lack of group responsibility due to it being a loose conglomerate of consultants?
