I had phoned Mark to arrange fixing a freezer. He said he could call up in the evening...then he went radio silent. Wouldn't answer calls or texts. Either lost his phone, too busy or simply not interested in the business. Not a great first impression and freezer still not fixed.

As for the service, the price and professionalism I have to say I would thoroughly recommend using the company.
