Signed up with Shop Mobility at Belfast City Hospital today, and the experience was great. Teresa was brilliant today, signing me up and giving me a run through of the workings of the scooters. She was very chatty and engaging and very knowledgeable. If you need any help, get in contact with them, that’s what they are there for. And a great job they are doing too. Highly recommended.
I was delighted to find Shopmobility! It provided a service that I wasn't sure existed, but I was able to get exactly what I wanted, which was to rent a wheelchair for a week without a complicated process and at such a reasonable price. Mark was so helpful, friendly and accommodating, which made the whole process easy and stress free. Would definitely use the service again and would recommend to anyone. Thanks again!
Don't understand why they are not open on the busiest shopping day of the week. Saturday. Disabled people are unable to go into town.
