Can't recommend these guys highly enough. I rang on a Friday afternoon to inquire about getting a washing machine fixed and they were out within the hour to assess it. A part was ordered and they were back within a few days to fix it. Exactly as they said they would be. They are friendly, knowledgeable and fixed the machine for a very reasonable price. Very rare to find such a good local business. All their reviews are very well deserved.

Had to source a washing machine for my mother at short notice. Currys let me down, Argos let me down, rang Bill at McDowells electrical, no problem ! Machine was delivered, old one removed and recycled and packaging removed and recycled, all within an hour of my phone call , at no extra cost. Cannot fault their customer service, professionalism and value. I will definitely call Bill for my next appliance Top class service Many thanks guys really appreciated !!

I needed a new vacuum cleaner and was quite specific about the make and model for health reasons (I'm asthmatic). Bill explained it wasn't one they normally stocked. He came back to me within an hour with a price which was very reasonable, ordered on Tuesday and received on Thursday! Great service as always and very affordable! Thank you!
