Used the business recently after a long term issue with damp in a bedroom. Identified a number of issues nobody had spotted previously (we had a few people out previously), and although early days the work has finished and it appears to be helping the corner of the bedroom already. From the initial survey (which was extensive and detailed) to the calls and pricing, and finally to the workmen coming out to undertake the work, all of the work was outstanding and the staff very professional and friendly (both interior and exterior work which took 4 days). They came on time, kept us up to date at all times during the work, and they actually went over and above what they needed to do, from spotting other issues on our roof and brickwork, and cleaning guttering and general maintainence. What a fantastic organisation and really nice people to deal with. I have to especially mention Patrick (the owner and surveyor) and Joe who worked on site for the whole time during the works. They know their stuff and they’ve said if we have any issues in the future to give them a shout and they’ll sort it. I’ve asked for business cards for them and can’t recommend them highly enough. Thanks for all your help guys and I hope I don’t need you again with the extensive work undertaken but take comfort that should we need them again they’ll take care of us. Best wishes in the future and anyone reading this look no further - anyone needing this type of work do your homework, check the companys and reviews and certifications and I’m confident you’ll be led to Patrick and the team.

Needed the roof space treated for woodworm in an old house I purchased recently and Toner Dampproofing were amazing and quick to get us fitted in. Not only is this company brilliant at the service it provides the staff are lovely and keep you up to date with reminders of your appointment. I would highly recommend and if need be use again for other jobs.

Toner damp proofing carried out a full survey in my property, the surveyor who came to the property was fully qualified and was also full members of the property care association, the survey they had carried out was very professional, there surveyor told me everything I needed to know while we walked round the property. The report I received was very detailed, I went ahead with the works, the follwing week I had the works carried out and at the end of everyday the area they where they were working was extremely clean, very professional, would highly recommended.
