Was at the clinic yesterday for a procedure. From the moment I arrived at reception, the receptionist was lovely and very helpful. The nursing staff were very polite and made me feel at ease. My room was absolutely beautiful and spotless and overall I was very impressed with this clinic. I have to mention my named Nurse Jenny McCoy who was absolutely fantastic and couldn't do enough for me. What a fantastic clinic . I would like to thank everyone who looked after me so well

Spent a night at the clinic after a back operation and I couldn’t have asked for better care and attention from every member of staff, they were friendly, smart In their nurses uniforms and nothing was too much trouble. My surgeon Mr Eugene Verzin was a really lovely guy who gave me great reassurance. The whole building was spotless. I have no hesitation in recommending the clinic.

I had a hearing problem, and wasted hundreds of pounds with a 'specialist' who was not at all interested in my history. In fact, throughout the consultation he almost seemed bored. I said my hearing was affected by a nasty cold, and subsequent bronchitis, but he insisted I had worked in a noisy environment, which I had not. My hearing recently returned to about 90%. What a complete waste of money!

While the standard and quality of the consultants is beyond reproach I have found the time taken for the hospital to answer phone calls very frustrating, not what one would call a reasonable wait time for a response, especially for some departments. There is currently up to a 10 day response time for consultant reports to be typed by the hospital which I personally find unacceptable, especially when their bills are out within three working days. Having used them in the past I feel they are currently way below standard, one might be better advised looking at other establishments. The Ulster Independent has become very tired.
