My father had an appointment. He’s older and doesn’t read nor write. I totally understand we are going thru a pandemic and there’s limited of people that should be in a facility however I believe that their scheduling system is over crowed. As, I approached the manager-supervisor (whatever his position is) his demeanor was very unfriendly. Customer service training is extremely suggested to the staff.

Went to the Bell Gardens Location since its closer to my job. I've been hesitant to go because of the pandemic, but I need new prescriptions so I risked it, and scheduled with my boss an hr just for the exam. I filled everything online and when I get to their office I am told to fill out again since their system was down. Filled it out again. Then was seated and instructed to wait. My appointment was at 11:45 am... I see patients that were seated way after me going in and out of the doctor's office. Now it's 12:30. I speak the the girl that kept escorting people to the optometrist office completely disregarding me, I tell her that my appointment was at 11:45, then she later says... "I don't have her chart". Then I go to the front desk, and they ask me if I'd like to continue waiting. So inconsiderate of people's time. I got so upset because I legit need new glasses, and it took a lot for me to make this appointment happen for them to just not care.

The young lady that did my pre-exam was friendly and very informative. The doctor was straight to the point and helpful as well. Also, Cesar was incredibly patient and gave me some great tips on choosing the right pair of glasses. I’d say the only thing they need to improve is the front desk staff, not so friendly and as I was talking to the lady she just kept looking at the computer I got no eye contact what’s so ever. Just a bit of improvement and I’d say this would the perfect place to go for anyone that needs an eye exam or a new pair of glasses. Thank you America’s Best!

Everyone was very nice and helpful. It was a very welcoming enviornment and I felt very comfortable asking questions. The glasses they offer are also get stylish and inexpensive.

Young girl at the front desk was friendly but really inexperienced with looking up insurance. I qualified for a comprehensive eye health screening that was covered by my insurance. Had she known how to do her job I would've gotten the screening. Doctor doing the eye exam was friendly but very impatient. I left feeling like I got an inaccurate prescription.

New store open in my area & I didn't have time to make an appointment got there Saturday morning right at opening 9am. Sign said "same day appointments available". I asked the girl if she can take a walk in and said "No, not today" didn't even offer me another time or other options. Like she didn't care! This was going to be my first time trying out "America's Best" Now I know in the future I won't go or recommend any store with this name brand.

My mother when to pick up some contacts for her grandson the receptionist Alexis was extremely rude had a huge attitude was ignoring the question my mother had ask like if it was bothering him her asking some question been in customer service for 23 years and I know that being Polite and helping customers is very important to grow business I hope this information helps him Improve the way he needs to treat his customers no matter what age they are hope the owner of this business helps fix this issue.
