Lacy, Brady and Al were an exceptional team to work with. When I first spoke with Lacy she asked me what style of hardware I wanted. I knew then she was into detail, no one else had asked me that question. Brady and Al came over and worked their magic ! My Glass Door is so BEAUTIFUL!! In fact Brady will be applying Beveled Trim to my existing mirrors to give them an updated look. My guest bathroom will definitely be getting the Bell Touch !! I cannot express how pleased I am with this company-from scheduling, measuring, down to installation. Everyone was courteous, professional, and everything was completed in a timely manner. We will be calling in the next few weeks for our master bathroom installation.

I hired them to install two shower doors. The doors are supposed to be custom made. One of the doors has a gap of 3/4 in so water still gets out on that side. After a couple of weeks two of the tiles where the door hinges were installed got cracked due to poor installation. As soos as I noticed I called the business owner who ignored my calls and text for a few days so I had to call from another number. I explained the issue and they said "there is nothing that we can do about it" the shower was remodeled 2 years ago and none of the tiles had ever cracked.
