My family has enjoyed their services for over 15 years and has always found them prompt, efficient, dependable and reasonably priced.
The fact that I have continued to travel from near and far to see Kath and Jules for approaching 20 years is testament to what great care and service they give. You could go to a sausage factory optometrist for cheap, but for me there is so much more value in knowing that they know me and the specs I get are of the highest quality and won't fall apart as soon as I walk out the front door (or if they did, they'd get them fixed). I recommend them to anyone who asks.
I needed to find a local optometrists and I saw Kath last week who was great. She got my prescription pretty much spot on the first time, took the time to explain some science and kept me totally informed all the costs and procedures. Kath is obviously very clever, experienced and still seemingly very passionate/excited about her area of expertise. Also a super lovely lady. All round A

Friendly helpful staff, albeit slightly stiff. Having a checkup was straight forward. The prices are very reasonable and the selection varied.
I'm really picky, so after looking through a few of the major places without finding a frame I liked, I was really glad to find something that worked here! Julian spent some time talking me through the different options and the implications for my final vision, and got the completed glasses back to me the next day, which is nuts. Really happy with the final result!
My whole family love the big range of high quality frames offered! We have always found a frame that suits each one of us - Kath and Julian take time to make sure we are totally happy. Will never go anywhere else.
