Having used a previous accountant and been unhappy with the service, I was recommended that I try this firm. What a difference. Very professional and Alex calmed my nerves on the phone. He dealt efficiently with queries and problems that I was experiencing and quickly resolved the issues we were facing. He is very informed and up to date in all tax matters and is always happy to help and respond. I felt I was important and my issues were totally resolvable. Alex is a professional who knows his business but makes the client feel like they are more than just business. Can’t recommend him highly enough.
