This is the most amazing salon in the Cleveland area! The ladies are incredibly professional. It is a clean salon for those concerned about hygiene I never have to worry. I Have been coming to this salon for the past twenty years and I ALWAYS receive compliments on my color. The staff is incredibly understanding and helpful. I have never experienced anything less than exceptional service. All of the stylists truly care about their clients. I receive the most compliments and send every one I know to Bella! Christina is incredible! Her talents are unbelievable and her staff is lovely. Don’t let these negative reviews cloud your judgment. If you want to be pampered and receive a quality experience come to this salon. I promise you won’t be disappointed. Remember when you come here you are paying for quality service.

This salon is FAR from high end. The quality of work and professionalism has decreased significantly since new ownership. Front desk staff do not know what they are doing and not welcoming. Wasn't offered a drink or asked to take my coat. My last stylist had left Bella and I had to go to a new one. Unfortunately, the balayage I received was nothing like I wanted or expected. Never was offered a consultation prior. You could barely see a difference from what I had before. Stylist clearly didn't know what she was doing. The price was completely different from what they told me originally. Unprofessional, unqualified, and overpriced. As a loyal client, I should not be treated like a dollar amount. I will not be returning and will be following my old stylist. I hope this deters someone from wasting their time and money on this salon. GO ELSEWHERE!

I’ve gone here a few times for a brow wax, to different girls and they are all attentive to detail and do a great job. I also love the vibe of the salon, it is a nice atmosphere!

Went here for a year if you saw some of the hairstyles I had you’d never consider going here. They don’t do fades so my hair was always uneven everywhere. I went to headquarters aveda in Crocker park and they fixed me all up.
