Amazing place to go in the Summer! During the heat waves in the summer we paid 10 bucks and got full access to the amazing swimming facility overlooking the alps on the lake, they also had great service with waiters and dining to make it an amazing place to go if you are in town and looking for something to do after you've gone to the shops.

New place, had dinner was excellent. Great service. There is a pool you can book during the day, also great to spend time with kids. No lake view though but less stressful to watch over kids. Also great pool service. The orzata granita was fantastic, a must try.

Poor attentive service. Lack of options on chosen menu. No plates for bread. Long time taken for ice bucket for wine. No parmesan offered. No finger bowels for fish dish. Uncomfortable chairs. Waitress unsuitably dressed.

Belas was a wonderful experience. We enjoyed the day by the pool. The staff were so kind and the service exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing and the food was incredible. We ordered pizza but it was probably the best pizza we have had during our 24 days here in Italy! I will be recommending this place to everyone I know coming to Bellagio! Grazie Mille Belas!!

Paid for access to the pool and a sun lounger only to find that the only loungers not reserved were in the shade all day. The conditions for the pool stated that all reserved loungers must be occupied by 13:00, at 14:00 we took two unoccupied reserved loungers only to be asked to move by the staff. Overall a poor set up with a charge of almost 50 to effectively use a small pool and sit in the shade.
