On the whole I have really enjoyed living at Bellamy. The staff and ammenities have been wonderful and I cannot express how wonderful most of my neighbors have been. As with anything it is not perfect but it is as close as i have seen in a college student housing apartment complex.

This place is the worst apartment complex you could ever wish to live at. Don’t expect them to help you with any problems you have. You can expect to get your car towed for no reason when you have a valid parking pass. You can expect for your apartment not to be finished when you move in. Absolutely terrible build quality and the worst renter service experience you could ever expect in your life. DO NOT get an apartment here!!!!!

The staff are really nice and willing to help you with anything you need. They also have a lot for you to do around the apartment community. If I wasn’t graduating this year I would have renewed

Bellamy Western is a great place to live! They have very friendly and welcoming staff that goes out of their way to make sure every resident is happy! They have provided incentives for the lack of washer/dryers to some residents due to COVID-19 and overall shortage/backup. I have lived her for almost a month now, and I feel that this complex is one of the best in this area. Glad I made the choice to live at Bellamy!

Although they seem friendly and inviting and caring. They DO NOT care about the lives of the animals of residents who just want to visit. They want money. All they want is money for even a one day visit for a puppy who is too scared to even come out from under the couch. My dog stays with my boyfriend but with him being out of town I am forced to keep her in a cage alone in his room. I am completely dissatisfied with my time here and it has only been two weeks. Their communication with residents is lackluster including when they need to come into the home to repair something. The apartment was also unfinished, I never had blinds in the beginning and they didn’t even tell us when they were coming to install them. I paid for an apartment to not have dorm life but this is dorm life.

If I could score lower I would....cleaned my daughter's apartment for 5 hours before we could even move in, not COVID clean- construction clean. Construction dust everywhere,even in the drawers, where the eating utensils were to be put. Every single baseboard in the apartment had red mud on them. DISHWASHER was broken, no ice maker installed, no washer, no dryer (2 weeks later and still no washer and dryer, no icemaker) stairs were never sealed, just stained- meaning red mud footprints permanently embedded in them from the red mud surrounding the apartments. . JUST ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS....and the 5 star reviews in this thread, you must work there or got a rent credit for saying those lies.

Bellamy is awesome! The property manager goes ssooooooo out of his way to make everyone at Bellamy feel welcome and make sure they are taken care of. He stays long hours at the clubhouse to make sure he is available when people need help and and walks to each house himself if there is an issue! Washers and dryers may not be in at all houses, but that is strictly because of COVID and nothing to do with Bellamy. Bellamy is paying each student and compensating them each week, providing ALL MEMBERS with FREE LAUNDRY right down the road. All I’m saying is.... Bellamy has done an amazing job at making sure everybody is comfortable and taken care of in these unknown, crazy times of a pandemic! If you need to find somewhere to live, Bellamy is where you should go!
