3.5 hour experience. Three of us had appointments in preparation for a wedding. Two at 5 pm and one at 530pm. None of us got anything similar to the designs we showed our technicians. The technicians were nice however require more training. My nails were in pain at the conclusion. The bride left with only acrylic applied, which was uneven. The other bridesmaid left with poorly applied nails. This after 3 hours in the shop. We spent about 118 (with the discount) only for the bride and i to pay another salon to fix it the following day. We had a packed wedding prep schedule and barely had time to get to a salon, but it had to be fixed. The pressure on my nails was immediately relieved after a trained tech fixed my nails. The bride could finally smile after trained staff did what we asked of Belle Ame. The staff is under supplied and under trained.

Love it here. They give discounts and have specials all the time. You can get your hair, nails, massage, and skin care done at one location. They even have a play area for kids. What more can you ask for in a salon? Give them a try.
