My husband and I just bought our Durango from Thys Motor. They were very easy to work with. Josh was wonderful from beginning to end. From the first phone call to answer questions and get info when we were just looking at vehicles, to the test drive, and even driving off the lot. He even contacted us a few days later to see how the vehicle was running. He was wonderful and very helpful especially since we are from out of town. Overall great experience. I live about 40 minutes away from Thys. I called to inquire about a Jeep Renegade. Dave made sure I was sent walk around videos of the jeep before and after it was detailed, which saved me a trip out of town. Dave did a great job keeping in contact, and answering any questions I had. Once I finally made it to the store to purchase, it felt like I was working with people I’d known for years. Both Dave and Ryan were welcoming, and incredibly helpful with answering anything I didn’t understand.
