I called Tom the owner of this business to install Furnace, air condition and hot water heater at our rental property in Belle River. He suggested that I get the highest quality brand that will pay me back 1,000 in rebate. Because I live in the state, I wasn't able to monitor his work so he called me after 2 weeks to tell me the job was completed, so my husband and I went to his place and paid him the amount in full then 2 week later the tenant told us that they are not getting enough heat in the house. My husband and I called him several times so he can go and check the problem and after several tries he responded and claimed that he was going through some hard time in his life and he is in a process of getting divorced. We waited 2 months then called again and no one replied so we went again to the property to check the problem and my husband found out that the job was incomplete and that all the heat ducts that connect the furnace to the vents were missing. Tom lived on the same street where our rental was so we went to his house to talk to him because it was after his business hrs and when he opened the door he screamed at us and threatened to call the police because we bothered him at his home. We were very nice to him and we told him we were concerned about the tenants who had young children. He yelled at us and told us that he is not going to complete the job. Finally, We ended up calling a handy man from Kijjiji to come and complete the job and spent another 1,000. This owner of this Place Tom is a scammer. He is a thief and would trick you and scam you if you do business with him. Be Aware. We have never received our 1,000 rebate and ended up spending additional 1,000 to complete his job. If I lived in Ontario I would've taking him to the court. He deserves to be in prison for scamming his customers. He doesn't deserve not even one star but I had to chose one for posting this review

I called on a Sunday afternoon, and it was HOT. I didn't think I would get in touch with anyone but I talked to Tom, and he said he would come out shortly and I was thrilled. He showed up and fixed it within a couple hours of me calling. The bill was far more reasonable than I thought it would be especially on a weekend. I was a happy camper!!!! Great job. Super service.

Tom is honest and hardworking. He has worked on equipment in both of my restaurants, installed furnaces, air conditioning and water heaters in 5 of my homes over the past decade. When something goes wrong I call Tom! He works alone and if busy or can't get there right away he will tell you.

My wife, who is at home with our 3 month old called this place to have someone come look at our furnace which had stopped working and the owner was very rude on the phone. How about showing some compassion on the phone when its -10 Celsius and someone is without heat? I wouldn't hire this guy to fix the heat in a dog house with the attitude he has!

Was looking to get some work done,fireplace inspection possible gas line install for a gas stove, and wanted to support local business!! They Didn't return phone calls had to call over and over! Finally got an appointment and got a no show no call!!!
