Very small store. Not your usual Jo-Ann fabrics. When I asked an employee where something was she pointed and said go way back down the end it's down there somewhere on the right. Never did find what I was looking for. I was disappointed and left without purchasing a thing. She should have walked me down to the item of fabric I was looking for.

Employees were very helpful my last trip, needed to get fabric for a 2pc tablecloth for Christmas dinner and they helped put me in the right direction, and made it so all I had to do is put the fabric on the table and I was done. Considering it was Christmas Eve (and nobody wants to work on the holidays) the staff was awesome as always.

Barb is the worst worker ever. I don’t know if she was having a bad day, but gave me a very hard time about a “no hassle” return with receipt. She hit the barrier between me and the cash register to either threaten or intimidate me, and said she didn’t know what was wrong with “you people” whatever that means. And I don’t mean she just tapped the barrier. She hit it with my item, and the barrier shook. I’m surprised it didn’t fall over at me. I will NEVER be back to this store.
