Worst customer service. No one offers to help. If you ask for help, expect to wait 10min then the newest employee in the store will show up. They will watch you load sheets of drywall or plywood by yourself. Other customers will help you before an employee will. Shining spot in this store is Plumbing. Always a friendly, knowledgeable associate in that dept who actually cares about you. THANKS PLUMBING FOLKS!

Got there after work right when the store opened. Nice trees still available..
As usual did not have what I needed in the store. All these stores are the same. We can order it for you on line. Only if the things that break would be kind enough to let me know, hey going to break next week and I know the store isn't going to have it, so order it now. Then life would be great in the new let's not stock anything and order it on line world.

WAY BETTER THAN WASHINGTON!!! THE WORKERS ARE POLITE, KNOWLEDGABLE, HONEST, AND DO THEIR JOB TO THE FULLEST! Washington lowes sold me 900 dollars of BROKEN cedar vgroove 1x6x12's at 22 dollars a board! I stopped the pickup which was supposed to be delivered on the 25th but they forgot to ship so someone put it in as pickup the day it was supposed to be at my house! I canceled that order and the next day called lowes in BEL VERNON and they were happy to assist me...apologized for how WASHINGTON TREATED ME and also guaranteed unbroken beautiful boards upon arrival. They were in fact BEAUTIFUL AS PROMISED and I am so happy to be done with whole ordeal. (Since the 10th of Sept. To the 29th!) Ill never order online from lowes again but i may come back to this store! Maybe...
