I've purchased from RAC for over a decade and each store is different but they all deserve good ratings so far. RAC on the whole does what is advertised; hassle free rent to own services. If you can't pay, they'll pick up your item fee of charge until you can, no penalties. Regarding this particular store, it doesn't get much better than them. All of the employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and go the extra mile to help their customers. Really, I don't need to go anywhere else.

The manager nor the girl at the desk has no idea what they are doing. The girl tells you anything you want to hear just to make the deal and the manager backs up her lies with him saying they are doing you a favor. Please go across the street to Aarons they will take care of you. Stay away from these people at rent a center until they change the crew up.
