Best place in Belle Vernon, PA to have your hair cut or anything to do with hair. Liz has been in business a long time. She is very caring snd makes you feel like family. It is a absolute pleasure to have my hair done by someone who is a master and also enjoys what she does.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I asked for white hair with silver highlights (first picture), and I got yellow-blonde hair with streaks and patches of blue (second and third pictures). I paid 85, immediately cried, went to Sally Beauty, and bought hair color. I called my friend, she dyed it, and now I can go to school because I was not leaving my house until it was changed.
I had my first appointment with Alexa today and she is great and love my Hair. Thank you Alexa
