Great coffee, great atmosphere and ambience. Lots of donuts to select from all of which are extremely delicious and delectable. One of the best places to get in Pittsburgh and especially in Oakland. I can't think of any other place that has better coffee and wider selection of donuts. I can see why it's rated so highly, it's like S except cheaper

Great, friendly employees. My home away from home....but minus one star for two reasons... It's either blowing freezing air in the place or it's unbearably hot and secondly can we redesign the long wall with more seating options that are practical and comfortable such as these pictures from another newer Starbucks that I visited recently.
The employees are so nice and fun!!! Great coffee and service. Definitely will be going out of my way to go to this location from now on!!
Great time but the line was Soo long. But worth the wait of 20 minutes. Besides the long line the service was good.
