Well I had a glasses emergency. I called Walmart Vision and Glasses and by some mericle they had a open appointment for that day. I got there on time and was taken in right away. I had minimal paperwork to fill out. Did some eye test before seeing the eye doctor. Everyone was very helpful, friendly, and kind. This has been the most pleasant experience I have ever had seeing an eye doctor. Thank you

Very rude to customers and patients! Getting my eyes checked and I couldn't read what was projected on the wall and the doctor was nasty and just told me \try \ and \guess!\ Then when I got the phone call to tell me my glasses were in, I went to get them and then they said there weren't ready yet. So I went home and waited another week and called them myself to see if they were in yet and the lady over the phone told me with an attitude that they have been sitting here for a week and I told them what happened the last time I was there to pick them up and she got nasty and said \we'll they're here\ and hung up. Very nasty attitudes. Don't waste your time here.

My son's contact fitting had to be rescheduled due to the COVID-19 that was back at the beginning of March they had no problem making me pay the fee and promising to reschedule now they close early and I work so I can't even speak to anyone about this

Stopped in after breaking the glasses I got at the Fayetteville , WV Wal Mart a long time ago. the older gentleman there went out of his way to get my lenses into an affordable set of frames. He saved my vacation and the rest of my summer.... He deserves a pay raise!

I've been going here here for many years and I have always been treated very well quite quickly. Even if there looks like there is a crowd, the girls there work as a team and make you feel as though you are the only one. I love to go there and always feel great about it. I am always happy with my glasses.
