I used Belle Vue Coaches for a film shoot which featured a bus. It was a painless booking from the beginning. Our sales rep, Damian, was very amenable with our requirements, helped us in advance with photographs and quoted a very reasonable price. Our driver on the day, Kevin, was brilliant: nothing was too much to ask, he was patient while he wasn’t needed, and he suggested a better route that ended up making the best ‘take’. I will be using these guys again for sure.
We just recently went on a trip to Paris as a school with belle vue coaches and had a great time. Matt our driver was a very funny and helpful man and our trip would not have been the same without him. The coach was very comfortable and new with places to charge your phone. I would highly recommend this service and Matt the driver.
Only used this service once; and I shan’t be again. I used one of the school buses on a trip with school; where can I start? It had insufficient leg room and seats that were falling apart. The bus had a peculiar odour and was generally shoddy. I must commend the driver however, who was nice. And... upon further inspection, the MOT of the bus expired in 2012! Dangerous!
We had a trip out with our residents to bents garden centre and we had a lovely lady driver called Yvonne. I would highly recommend asking for Yvonne. She is polite and helped out loads on our trip round the centre, sat with us at lunch and made all the residents feel safe. Didnt hesitate to help out once. She was fantastic thank you for your support Yvonne. We hope to see you on our next trip.
