My first visit there with my baby, very good! They are so kind. The visit was easy and convenient. The wait for me wasn't bad as we got to sit in the car and wait. The cost was affordable. My baby has some stress issues. The doctor gave him meds and had a thorough conversation with me about helpful tips. They were very kind and I'm glad Marley will be establishing care at this office. We live one street over so that's nice too. I love it! Hopefully one day we can go inside once covid is under control.

I've been going here for over a year for routine work for my kitties and always had a good experience. However here recently one of our cats experienced health issues beyond what would be normal, and unfortunately communication and bedside manner were lacking. We went to a different vet for a second opinion and were able to get a diagnosis quickly for a fairly severe disease. I am not mad or placing blame by any means but I think had there been more attentiveness we would have had a diagnosis sooner for our baby to have more time to say goodbye...

Recently I moved to Germany and I had come here to get my dogs paperwork done. They were thorough through the whole process and put my mind at ease with getting everything done for the flights and the country we were going to. Not once did I doubt the lady who helped from A-Z. Thank you for taking care of us while we were living in Belleville! I highly recommend bringing your fur baby to this vet. I've gone to another nearby and left dissatisfied.

Every time we have taken our dogs here they overcharge for any little thing. They only care about your money!! Have never had a good experience with them. Any other vet I have been to will still provide just as good care for less money. When the pandemic started they don’t have it stated on their sign you have to call them before you drive there. Was only there to get medication for my dogs and waited 30 minutes in my car. Had two employees act absolutely rude in person and over the phone over it
