Oil change
Technical advised me skid plate was missing from underneath car. I know for a fact it was in place. I replaced the plate when I bought the car. Hoping corporate will help me out that plates worth more then the oil change.

I came in to this Jiffy Lube shop the other day and had an EXTREMELY unpleasant experience with them. Please read the other negative reviews under this location to get a real grasp of the type of place this is. I've never gone ahead and written reviews, but I want to ensure people can avoid this headache. I had gone in to find out what kind of service offering I'd be getting for a regular oil change, I live in the GTA and I am well aware of what options are available for alternative companies. I was quoted outrageously high for just a basic oil change by the bigger gentleman. I've had services include full car cleanings. when I asked if the service would include anything else, the manager name starting with was extremely defensive. What was a genuine question, had him insulted. He starts acting passive-aggressive, raising his voice and acting like an animated child. Arrogant to say the least. Even customer service training wouldn't help a bad worker/manager like this. I highly recommend visiting Oshawa Jiffy Lube location for a more pleasant and better value experience.
wife took our car in and was charged way more than our usual rate. Manager seemed rude and argumentative when asked about an insane price for an air filter... amazing people run their business this way
Great service, quick, efficient, and worth the money. They check more than oil which is nice, when it could save your vehicle and money.
